  First time at this location and it took me forever to find what I was looking for. The sign on one end of the aisle say one thing and in that same aisle (on the other end), it states something else. I had to ask a very kind employee to help locate the items I was looking for. Check out was fast though.

  The store is always super crammed, there are never carts available, the customer service is terrible, and I always wait in line forever. Also, their pharmacy is terrible! They have screwed up the dosage of two family member's medications and made them both very sick. They also run out of stock quite often. I haven't been to Jewel in a long time. I'd rather (and do) drive across town to shop at Meijer. They also have a great, reliable, fast pharmacy. Jewel is a horrible grocery store.
