  Our mother is in Bria nursing care. and she has been severely abused. The BRIA Nursing Facility is not being forthcoming with the abuser and trying to push it under the rug.
  
  The male staff first admitted to our mother his abuse of her and begged for her forgiveness; once he learned we filed charges with the Police. Later, he changed his story, now claiming he never laid a hand on her.
  
  Our mother, a fragil, elderly woman in her upper 70's, has suffered major injuries like black eyes and severe bruises due to being hit, push down, kicked while she was down on the floor in her upper thigh which resulted in bruises by a male Bria staff.
  
  We want to prevent this from happening again and to her or any other patient that is a resident at this nursing home.
  
  This incident has been reported to the South Chicago Heights Police Department, The Illinois Department of Health, and the National Association for Elderly Abuse and more.
  
  This is an active case. Spread the word on Bria. Help bring this Elderly person abuser to justice!!! Your Family member could be next.
